The ASi-5/ASi-3 EtherNet/IP + ModbusTCP Gateway features a built-in ASi-5/ASi-3 Safety Monitor with dual ASi-5/ASi-3 master capability. It includes an OPC UA server and integrated decoupling, supporting up to 4 A per ASi circuit with current measurement functionality. The device offers 6 digital inputs or configurable 3 x 2-channel safety inputs (SIL 3, Cat. 4), expandable to 62 x 2-channel safety inputs (maximum 1922 x 2-channel safety inputs in full configuration). It provides 6 release circuits (6 x electronic safety outputs), scalable to 64 safety outputs (1984 safety outputs max). Features include Safe Link technology, diagnostics and configuration via EtherNet/IP + Modbus TCP or Ethernet diagnostic port, duplicate address detection, ASi fault monitoring, optional C programming support, and IP20 protection rating.
