ASi-5/ASi-3 PROFINET Gateway featuring built-in Safety Monitor, dual ASi-5/ASi-3 master ports, OPC UA server functionality, and integrated decoupling. Supports up to 4 A per ASi circuit with current monitoring directly in the gateway. Includes 6 digital inputs or configurable as 3 x 2-channel safety inputs (SIL 3, Cat. 4), expandable to 62 x 2-channel safety inputs (maximum 1922 x 2-channel safety inputs in full configuration). Features 6 electronic safety outputs, scalable to 64 outputs (1984 outputs max). Offers Safe Link technology, diagnostics and configuration via PROFINET or Ethernet interface, duplicate address detection, ASi error monitoring, optional C programming capability, and IP20 protection rating.
