The ASi-3 CIP Safety Gateway for EtherNet/IP and ModbusTCP features an integrated Safety Monitor, dual ASi master capability, and OPC UA server functionality. It includes a shared power supply for two ASi networks, 6 digital inputs (configurable as 3×2 channel safety inputs meeting SIL 3, Cat. 4 standards), expandable up to 62×2 channel safety inputs (maximum 1922×2 channel safety inputs in full configuration). The device provides 6 electronic safety outputs (expandable to 64, with a maximum capacity of 1984 safety outputs). Supports CIP Safety via EtherNet/IP and Safe Link protocols. Configuration and diagnostics available through EtherNet/IP + Modbus TCP or dedicated Ethernet diagnostic interface. OPC UA communication via Ethernet fieldbus interface. Includes duplicate address detection, ASi fault monitoring, optional C programming capability, and IP20 protection rating.
