The ASi-3 EtherNet/IP + ModbusTCP Gateway features an integrated Safety Monitor, dual ASi master capability, and a single power supply supporting two ASi networks. It includes 6 digital inputs or 3 pairs of safety-rated inputs (SIL 3, Cat. 4), expandable up to 62 pairs of safety inputs (1922 total in maximum configuration). The device provides 6 release circuits (electronic safety outputs), scalable to 32 outputs (992 in full configuration). It supports Safe Link technology, diagnostics, and configuration via EtherNet/IP + Modbus TCP or Ethernet diagnostic interface, with duplicate address detection and ASi fault monitoring. Optional C programming capability available. Rated IP20.
