The ASi-3 EtherNet/IP + ModbusTCP Gateway features an integrated Safety Monitor with dual ASi master capability. It includes 6 digital inputs or configurable 3 x 2-channel safety inputs (SIL 3, Cat. 4), expandable up to 62 x 2-channel safety inputs (maximum 1922 x 2-channel safety inputs in full configuration). The device provides 6 release circuits (6 x electronic safety outputs), scalable to 32 safety outputs (992 safety outputs max). It supports Safe Link technology with diagnostics and configuration via EtherNet/IP + Modbus TCP or Ethernet diagnostic interface. Additional features include duplicate address detection, ASi fault monitoring, optional C programming capability, and IP20 protection rating.
