The ASi-3 EtherNet/IP + ModbusTCP Gateway features an integrated Safety Monitor, functioning as a single ASi master with a built-in power supply for two ASi networks. It includes 6 digital inputs or 3 pairs of safety-rated inputs (SIL 3, Cat. 4), expandable up to 31 pairs (1891 total safe input channels at maximum capacity). The device provides 6 release circuits (electronic safe outputs), scalable to 31 outputs (991 total safe outputs in full configuration). It supports Safe Link technology with diagnostics and configuration via EtherNet/IP + Modbus TCP or Ethernet diagnostic interface. Additional features include duplicate address detection, ASi fault monitoring, optional C programming capability, and IP20 protection rating.
