Application
The Micropilot FMR60 is the first 80GHz radar developed in compliance with the IEC 61508 functional safety standard. Featuring a buildup-resistant antenna, advanced algorithms, and a narrow beam angle, this free-space radar delivers maximum reliability. Designed for continuous non-contact level measurement of liquids, pastes, and slurries. Measurements remain unaffected by environmental changes, temperature fluctuations, gas layers, or vapors. Equipped with intelligent Heartbeat Technology.
The 80GHz buildup-resistant antenna enables free-space measurements up to 50m with high beam focus for tanks containing internal structures.
