  Thanks to an optical measurement of organic pollution in the wastewater treatment plant outlet with the Viomax CAS51D SAC sensor, you always have the critical values in view. The sensor ensures on-line measurement of SAC_254, COD, BOD, TOC or DOC equivalents directly in the outlet.

  The Viomax CAS51D SAC sensor provides reliable real-time process information thanks to its extremely fast response time and measured value processing in the sensor.

• Save time and costs and protect the environment

  The great advantage of measuring with the optical sensor is that no chemicals or consumables are required; sample preparation is also not necessary. The standardized Memosens technology also enables very simple, time-saving operation and maintenance. The sensor and process-specific data stored in the sensor increase process reliability. An optionally available automatic compressed air cleaning system additionally ensures long maintenance intervals.

• Ready for automation

  The Liquiline CM442 transmitter offers numerous possibilities for automatic measuring operation. For example, cleaning or dosing is possible without a PLC and thanks to the logbook function of the Liquiline transmitter, no separate register is necessary.

• Modular holder system for open basins and channels

  Flexdip CYH112 offers high flexibility for measurements directly where they are needed. It allows almost any sensor mounting such as floor mounting, chain type installation, fixed or free swinging mounting. As the system installs quickly it saves time and costs and it can be expanded or modified at any time.
