ASi Motor Module in IP67 housing, featuring 4 x M12 connectors for connecting 2 x 24 V motorized rollers from Itoh Denki (PM500XE/XP, PM605XE/XP). Includes 2 digital inputs, motor power supply via AUX, input voltage/sensor supply from ASi, and individual 3.5 A slow-blow fuse protection for each motor. Peripheral connection through 4 x M12 5-pole sockets, ASi connectivity via profile cable with piercing technology, and supports 1 AB address.
Motor speed can be adjusted using ASi parameters.
The module incorporates UL-approved fuses positioned before each motor supply connection. In case of a motor short circuit, the fuse blows to safeguard the wiring between the module and motor.
Once a fuse is blown, the module becomes inoperative and requires replacement. Verify fuse specifications against motor ratings prior to installation.
The integrated protection circuit enables straightforward motor cable safeguarding. The slow-blow fuse ensures robust operation under normal conditions while providing short-circuit protection.
The substructure module is not included with delivery.
