ASi-5/ASi-3 PROFIsafe gateway with built-in ASi-5/ASi-3 safety monitoring, dual ASi-5/ASi-3 master capability, OPC UA server, REST API, and integrated decoupling. Supports up to 4 A per ASi circuit, designed for use with two UL-certified 30 V/3 A power supplies (power limited to <100 W). Features ASi current monitoring within the gateway, with independent power supplies for each ASi network via dual 30 V sources. Configurable with up to 12 digital inputs, 6 single-channel safety inputs (SIL1, Cat. 2, PLc), or 3 dual-channel safety inputs (SIL 3, Cat. 4, PLe). Expandable to 62 dual-channel safety inputs (maximum 1922 dual-channel safety inputs in full configuration). Includes 6 release circuits (6 electronic safety outputs), scalable to 64 safety outputs (1984 maximum). Supports PROFIsafe (F-CPU) and Safe Link protocols. Diagnostics and configuration via PROFINET or Ethernet interface. Features duplicate address detection, ASi fault monitoring, optional C programming, and IP20 protection rating.
