ASi-3 PROFIBUS Gateway with integrated Safety Monitor, 2 ASi-3 masters (BWU2822)

The ASi-3 PROFIBUS Gateway features an integrated Safety Monitor and two ASi-3 master ports. It includes built-in decoupling and supports up to 4 A per ASi circuit, with current monitoring directly in the gateway. The device offers 6 digital inputs or configurable 3 x 2-channel safety inputs (SIL 3, Cat. 4), expandable to a maximum of 62 x 2-channel safety inputs (1922 x 2-channel safety inputs in full configuration). It provides 6 release circuits (6 x electronic safety outputs), scalable up to 32 safety outputs (992 safety outputs at maximum capacity). Additional features include Safe Link technology, Ethernet-based diagnostics and configuration, duplicate address detection, ASi fault monitoring, optional C programming capability, and an IP20 protection rating.
